I’m always blown away by JC’s keen attention to detail when crafting the perfect cocktail. The consummate perfectionist, he will remix a custom drink until the taste and presentation are just right. The “C” in JC could stand for creativity!
I don’t have a signature go-to cocktail- admittedly, I enjoy many types of spirits. When I’m undecided (which is often), JC knows just what to craft for me. This level of service is a favorite.
If you want a top-notch cocktail, then reserve JC for your private events. He takes pride in learning the history of wines, spirits and signature mixers to make great recommendations.
